Refund Policy
Course content is instantly available to the Student/Licensee after purchase, so therefore course fees are non-refundable.  If you experience any technical issues in regards to your account, course material, quizzes, and certificate of completion, please e-mail us at chirocontinuingeducation@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue. No refunds will be granted after certificates of course completion have been given to the course participant.  

License Agreement
By payment for the ChiroHrs.com course, the Student/Licensee assumes the right to use the materials contained within a course for their personal education only. The Student/Licensee is forbidden to make unauthorized copies of any and all materials or to share these materials in any way to persons not enrolled in this program.

Limitation of Liability
The health information contained in our online courses is designed for educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. You should not use this information to diagnose or treat any health problems or illnesses without consulting your doctor. The products mentioned in our courses have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by Health Canada and are not intended to cure any disease. In registering for our courses, you agree that neither ChiroHrs.com nor the Owners of the company themselves are responsible for any therapeutic action taken – or not taken – due to your use or mis-use of any information presented in these courses. Student/Licensee Responsibilities.
While ChiroHrs.com makes every effort to update state chiropractic continuing education requirements listed on the website on a regular basis, state requirements for chiropractic continuing education are subject to change and therefore, it is the responsibility of the student/licensee to have their own knowledge and understanding of the credit hours they need to obtain to renew their license.  Students/Licensees are responsible for retaining certificate copies (by printing or as a PDF or Image file) after course completion for their records.  For detailed and specific answers to questions regarding chiropractic continuing education requirements, it is highly recommended that students/licensees reach out to the state chiropractic board directly or visit the state boards website to confirm licensing requirements.  ChiroHrs.com does not submit (e-mail, fax, or hard-copy mail) certificates of completion to state boards; this is the responsibility of the licensee.  Print out copies of your certificates and send them to your board if this is a part of the board’s license renewal process.  Some boards only request certificate copies to be mailed to them by the licensee in the case of an audit.  It is the responsibility of the licensee to verify with his or her state board what they are required to do in order to successfully renew their license.  Since it is the responsibility of all Chiropractic Licensees to ensure their own knowledge and understanding of chiropractic continuing education requirements as it pertains to their respective licensing / State Chiropractic Board, under no circumstances, shall ChiroHrs.com nor the Owners of the company themselves be held liable or at fault for a licensees’ inability to submit their certificates to the board and/or complete the correct and appropriate chiropractic continuing education credits as it pertains to their state chiropractic board.  

Regarding “Minnesota Chiropractic Board Approval Numbers”
If the course is approved by PACE, then having the PACE logo on the certificate is sufficient.  If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact the Minnesota Chiropractic Board at 651-201-2850.  The background and bottom left hand corner of your certificate copies will contain the PACE logo.
