Ontario Chiropractic Continuing Education
Requirements
Chiro Hours is a “Providers of Approved Continuing Education” (PACE) recognized provider.
Chiropractors in Ontario are required to obtain 40 hours per 2 year renewal cycle. Ontario Chiropractors must participate in a minimum of 20 hours in “structured” CE activities. A maximum of 20 hours are allowed in “unstructured” CE activities.
Renewal deadline is June 30th (even years).
5 Hours of structured hours consisting of diagnostic or therapeutic procedures related to any of the controlled acts within the chiropractic scope of practice.
Maintain a certification in Emergency First Aid/CPR.
Online/Distance Learning Allowed:
A maximum of 20 hours may be completed through distance learning.
